What this site is
GLP1Compared.co.uk is a free, independent price comparison for Wegovy, Mounjaro and Saxenda — the three GLP-1 medications licensed in the UK for weight management. We track prices across GPhC-registered UK pharmacies, verify them weekly, and present them in one place so patients can make an informed decision about where to obtain their treatment.
GLP-1 medication prices vary significantly between providers. A patient on Mounjaro 10mg, for example, might pay up to £100 more per month with one pharmacy than another for identical medication. The purpose of this site is to make that price gap visible and easy to act on.

No pharmacy pays to appear higher in results or to be featured on this site. Rankings are sorted by price only, unless you choose otherwise.

How we make money
GLP1Compared.co.uk earns referral fees when a user clicks through to a pharmacy and completes a consultation or purchase. This is standard practice for comparison sites. These fees do not affect our rankings — pharmacies are ranked by price, not by commercial relationship.
We disclose this clearly. Our editorial content, price data and pharmacy listings are produced independently of these commercial relationships. A pharmacy that pays a higher referral fee does not rank higher, does not receive a featured placement, and does not influence what we write about it.
How to use this site safely
GLP-1 medications are prescription-only. They can only be legally supplied following a clinical assessment by a qualified prescriber. Before using any pharmacy you find through this site:
- Verify the pharmacy is registered on the GPhC register — every listing on this site includes the GPhC number and a direct verify link
- Ensure the service requires a proper clinical consultation before prescribing — not just a questionnaire with no prescriber review
- Be cautious of prices significantly below the market rate — counterfeit GLP-1 products have been identified in the UK
- Check the MHRA's registered internet retailer list if you are unsure about a provider
